One number, one element
Each number of a 3, 2, 1 is its own text, placed right after the previous one on the timeline. That's what lets every number arrive its own way, and it's how the countdown template is built.
Counting up instead
For a number that climbs, like a loading screen going to 100 or a goal being reached, use the Count entrance on a text: it counts from 0 to the number you type.
Questions
Can it count down from any number automatically?
Not automatically: the Count animation only counts up. For a countdown, give each number its own text, or start from a template where that's already done.
Can I make a live countdown to a date?
No. smooth.video makes a video that plays the same way every time, not a clock that tracks a real date. The countdown timer template gives you the look of one for a post or an ad.
Can I add a sound on each number?
