CapCut is a full video editor for social creators: cuts, transitions, effects, trending templates and music, and AI tools, on phone, desktop and the web. Its free version exports up to 1080p, while 4K, 60 fps and premium templates, effects and fonts take Pro. smooth.video does a narrower job for free: it animates text, logos, images and shapes on a keyframe timeline, and exports them in 4K or as a transparent WebM.
